We all know politics is a business of distortion, hypocrisy, and requires relinquishing your soul and any claim to human decency in order to play the game successfully. At least in today’s GOP. But actually today’s GOP only requires a few indisputable requirements: (1) allegiance to party above allegiance to country (2) a lack of strong morals and convictions (3) group think (4) fear of consequences if one goes against those in power (5) desire for power and prestige Oh, and complete and total fealty to a president determined to tear down our democracy, bankrupt our country, and destroy the social fabric we rely on for stable and sane life in America. So the GOP stands by, waiting for the next command from the Oval. Voting. Going, going, soon to be gone. War. Anytime, any place. How much money do you need from taxpayers to make it so? Just let us know. Incompetence. We got it. Now you got it. And if the voting thing goes good, you’ll always have it. Corruption. You betcha. God rewards those who are worthy. Hate and violence. The new American standard. Only p$&&*@s care about hurting others. So this mother, on this Mother’s Day, wishes all sons and daughters, would do a moral self-check and ask themselves if they are happy with things as they stand in America. And what they can do about it if they are not. Or to put it even more bluntly… Marjorie Taylor Green, referring to Trump’s post about opening the “(expletive) Strait” told Christians in Trump’s Administration to “… stop worshipping the President … he has gone insane, and all of you are complicit.”  And you know it.
