An Open Letter

To: Rep. Ciscomani, Sen. Gallego, Sen. Kelly

From: A constituent in Tucson, AZ

March 21

I'm writing to urge you to vote NO on FISA until Congress CLOSES the data broker loophole for no-warrant surveillance. If Congress extends FISA without changes, the government will be able to ignore the Fourth Amendment and seize our data without a warrant. I don't want the FBI using Al to spy on me and my community. I am asking you to stand with the bipartisan coalition that believes the Fourth Amendment is Not for Sale. Please make sure FISA doesn't pass until the data broker loophole is closed. How you vote will determine how I vote this year.
