Today I’m writing about another extremist being positioned for a lifetime appointment, so I'm urging you to oppose Katie Lane for the Montana federal court. Lane is unfit and unqualified and cannot fulfill the roles, responsibilities, and obligations that a lifetime appointment to the judiciary imposes. If confirmed, her extremist ideologies will be entrenched into her rulings, as she has proven that she will put her conservative far-right agenda above fairness, impartiality, and justice. Evidence: - A record of opposition to Voting Rights and access to the polls - Has consistently attacked LGBTQ rights in court cases - Is an enemy of reproductive rights for women - Refuses to follow the law in court orders and has been publicly rebuked for these actions In short, she’s an extreme and imbalanced person that could not possibly be fair, an would simply impose her personal views in court cases. I need you to vote NO and make your opposition clear to your colleagues in the Senate. Thank you.
