I am demanding immediate action to force the complete release of every remaining Epstein file.
The law required these records to be released by December 2025. That deadline came and went more than six months ago. Yet millions of pages remain hidden from the American people. The administration is openly ignoring the law, and the Department of Justice—the very agency charged with enforcing our laws—is helping make it happen.
What message does this send? That laws are optional for the powerful? That government agencies can simply disregard legal requirements when they become inconvenient? Ordinary Americans would face consequences for ignoring the law. Why should federal officials be treated differently?
Americans are tired of delays, excuses, redactions, and stonewalling. Americans are tired of watching the rich, the connected, and the politically protected operate under a different set of rules. Justice delayed is justice denied, and every day these files remain concealed further destroys public trust in our institutions.
Congress cannot continue looking the other way. If a federal agency is refusing to comply with the law, then Congress has a duty to act. Hold public hearings. Issue subpoenas. Demand testimony under oath. Cut through the excuses and get answers.
The American people deserve the truth. Victims deserve the truth. Our country deserves the truth.
This is not about party politics. It is about whether the rule of law means anything at all. If laws passed by Congress can simply be ignored without consequence, then accountability in America has become a sham.
Release every remaining file. Reveal who is being protected. Show the American people that justice is not reserved only for the powerless.
No more excuses. No more delays. No more cover-ups.
Americans demand justice. Americans demand transparency. Americans demand the truth—now.
