I am a constituent and I am furious. My kids’ school district is in the middle of heartbreaking budget cuts, and Congress is debating whether to hand $400 million of my tax dollars to Donald Trump for a ballroom he promised would be privately funded. I expect you to personally filibuster this — and use every procedural tool available to you if Republicans try to sneak it through reconciliation. Make them go on the record. Do not let this pass quietly while the rest of us are struggling.
