Mr. Grothman, I just had the unbelievable opportunity to see you pounding the podium and screaming about taxes. How unprofessional of you. You sound like a crotchety old man who’s angry about everything. I hope you realize that government exists to help the people. You are encouraging Trump to cut federal dollars going to states. You’re ending federal funds for important programs like Head Start. There Newborn Screen and Newborn Hearing test. The Newborn Screen is over 50 tests done on every newborn to test for metabolic, congenital conditions. Many are fatal if not treated immediately. If federal taxes are not given to states can you not see that states will have to come up with the money? By raising taxes? Government exists to provide services to the public. Maybe stop following the dumbest President in history who is making millions off his crypto scheme and start standing up for your constituents. I hope you don’t run again but your recent behavior and support of Trump will give the Democrats a huge head start. Retire!
