Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem must be investigated and prosecuted for failure to initiate FEMA resources in the first 72 hours after the Texas disaster. People died waiting for rescue while she spent the weekend playing dress up. This is dereliction of duty. She failed her responsibility as Secretary of of Homeland security. Her crimes must not be overlooked. Trump's plans to disband FEMA in the future does not release her from the responsibility of carrying out the duties of the current mandate of the office. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
