Please support SB 868, which will allow consumers to buy and install plug in solar panels. This could become one of the fastest growing fossil fuel mitigations in history - but only if you keep PG&E out of the consumer purchase and installation process entirely. The more they are involved, the less this project will catch on. Safety should be handled within the normal consumer electronics certification programs, not through PG&E permitting or inspections. Thank you.
