It is your JOB to fight the president. Do it or get out.

To: Sen. Duckworth

From: A constituent in Chicago, IL

September 25

I am utterly disappointed with your statements regarding your ideal path forward with this administration. The position we are in is largely due to Congress' inability to hold anyone accountable for their actions, and you want to just continue in that same vein? I don't care if you don't want to fight the president, that is literally your job, as a representative of the Illinois people. Failure to do so is a failure to fulfill your duties, and if you are incapable of the task, perhaps it is time to resign.
