I am writing in the wake of your released DHS “reform” standards that miraculously did not include the reduction of the DHS budget. If you cannot stand up with your constituents against fascism and support something as simple as a reduction to the excessive $10 billion in ICE funding, you must resign. The time is now for concrete and real action, and by avoiding taking a real stand, you are effectively playing political theatre while our neighbors and your constituents are brutalized, stalked, and killed in the streets. Wake up, or we will vote you out.
