Investigate Trump administration officials who are obstructing court orders and remove them from positions of power. AG Todd Blanche has already been found by a federal appeals court to have attempted to pause compliance with a court order requiring review and production of the Epstein files. That is not a technicality. That is a top law enforcement official defying the judiciary, and it cannot go without consequence.
Blanche's repeated delays in producing these documents are not bureaucratic slowdowns. They are a pattern. Every stall tactic confirms that what is in those files is damaging, and the people implicated have the power to bury it. The court has ruled. Compliance is not optional.
Officials who lie under oath, defy court orders, and weaponize their offices to protect the powerful at the expense of victims and survivors must face legal consequences, including civil liability for the harm caused. I expect full enforcement of every court order related to the Epstein files, and I expect officials who obstruct that process to be held to the same legal standard as anyone else.
