I am writing as a concerned constituent expressing their deep concern regarding the unchecked power and influence that Elon Musk has had in areas which affects major areas of the government, such as national security, private citizen data, and government operations. Reports have suggested that he has been exerting control over sectors that are not under his jurisdiction, including unauthorized access to sensitive information and undone influence over several federal agencies. This is completely unacceptable. Elon Musk is not an elected official, nor does he have the legal authority to control, manipulate, or gain access to government departments, highly confidential information and private citizen data. His involvement in matters concerning the U.S. Treasury Department and other government functions raises serious national security and ethical concerns. As my elected official and representative, I want to know what steps you're personally taking to hold Elon Musk accountable for, how you're working to prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing our private data, and what legislative actions are being pursued to ensure that no private citizen, no matter how wealthy or influencial, can overstep our boundaries and interfere with government operations. This dire situation requires immediate action, as the American people deserve transparency, security, and protection from individuals like Elon Musk, who believe they're above the law. I urge you to address this matter with urgency and provide a clear and consice response on how Congress is handling this growing issue. I look forward to your prompt response on this dire situation.
