I am writing to ask you to vote NO on the No Rogue Rulings Act (HR 1526)/NORRO Act which aims to prevent Court Judges from issuing nationwide injunctions against the unconstitutional overreach of the President. This would severely limit the constitutional checks and balances protections against Presidential overreach/ unconstitutional actions. I am firmly against any attempts to limit or rewrite the constitution to restrict the courts role in issuing federal injunctions or any other actions given to our judicial branch to maintain checks and balances to protect the rule of law. I also oppose the Executive Branch's threats to impeach judges who are doing their job in upholding our constitution. I insist that you vote NO on the No Rogue Rulings Act! Thank you for your dedication and hard work in defending our constitution.
