The delay in approving a budget for the Commonwealth is irresponsible. The Republicans are making decisions at the national level that are causing the cost of living to skyrocket. Democrats in Richmond are adding to the stress by refusing to pass a budget. Those of us who work as public school employees will not have contracts until a budget is passed. GET IT DONE.
