Hi, I'm a constituent calling from 98335. My name is Heidi Steele. First, I’m disgusted by Trump’s blanket pardon of January 6 rioters—many of them violent. It’s an assault on our rule of law and endangers all Americans. Thank you for your statement condemning Second, I want the Senator to vote NO on Pete Hegseth’s nomination. We learned of new allegations against him—disturbing claims that his second wife feared for her safety because of his behavior. Enough is enough. Hegseth’s record of misconduct, extreme views, and lack of qualifications make him unfit to lead the Department of Defense. The American people want and deserve leadership that prioritizes unity, competence, and the integrity of our institutions. Thank you for having the courage to oppose Hegseth.
