I recently heard someone read the verbatim transcript of President Trump's speech while he was in Qatar a couple of months ago. I must say that it was rambling and incoherent. Shocking really. It's obvious something is not right with him cognitively. His cognition seems impaired. A person with the nuclear commands must not be impaired. Therefore, for the safety of the world, I'm asking you to start discussing the 25th Amendment. All politics aside, does it seem smart, or safe to have a person with obvious cognitive impairment with his fingers on the button? I think not. What do you say?
