Vote NO on HB 88, the drug trafficking, drug use, and fentanyl bill. Though the bill sounds good in name, it would unnecessarily criminalize people caugh t in fentanyl contact even if they have no knowledge of it. Criminalization also does not reduce drug use or drug use deaths and further burdens taxpayers with increased funding to prisons. This money could be better used for rehabilitation programs. Vote NO to HB 88.
