Please elect a new leader for the next Congress. Jeffries is too conciliatory to MAGA and seems too aligned with corporate interests. Please vote for a truly progressive leader who’s not afraid to pass legislation that protects marginalized communities and help the poor (working or not). We need leaders willing to fight for us. There’s so much work to be done. Please do so from a position of power. If you pass good legislation that helps people, and the President vetoes it at least we know Congress is fighting for us. We want a progressive House doing harm reduction and holding oligarchs accountable. You can’t do that with Jeffries in charge. It’s time for someone a progressive as Speaker of the House.
