Support $35 insulin cost cap for affordability, patient health

To: Rep. Jordan, Sen. Moreno

From: A verified voter in Marion, OH

January 11

The Inflation Reduction Act aims to address the unaffordable cost of insulin for millions of Americans with diabetes. Repealing this legislation would eliminate vital protections that cap out-of-pocket insulin costs at $35 per month, forcing patients to face exorbitant prices once again. Many would be unable to afford this life-saving medication, putting their health and lives at grave risk. For the well-being of our nation's diabetes community, I urge you to oppose any efforts to repeal the Inflation Reduction Act and preserve affordable access to insulin.
