Impeach Scott Bessent; have IRS inform citizens of data breach

To: Sen. Kelly, Rep. Ciscomani, Sen. Gallego

From: A verified voter in Tucson, AZ

February 5

Whenever a corporation suffers a data breach, it is incumbent upon them—and required by law for them—to contact their account holders about the breach, what they’ve done to remedy the breach, and/or what their account holders need to do for identity protection. The IRS has sustained the largest data breach in history. Elon Musk and DOGE, with permission from the Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent, have infiltrated the US Government payments system. In breaching a USAID computer, they breached the State Department’s intelligence. Everything that the federal government has handled is potentially in the hands of Elon Musk right now. Impeachment is the only tool to get answers to much needed questions: Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent needs to explain why he permitted the breach of Americans’ privacy, which is breaking the law. And Donald Trump and JD Vance need to answer questions about why they’re permitting this to happen, why they’re breaking the constitutional order, by allowing a private naturalized citizen (Musk) to have such access. Additionally, and immediately, given the enormity of this breach, it is incumbent upon the IRS to send letters to all taxpayers, assigning new social security numbers, and advising all the taxpayers who used direct deposit to receive reimbursements, to move their funds to a new bank account with a new account number to protect their assets from this potential threat. Given the enormity of the breach, your immediate attention to these matters is of the utmost importance. Thank you for representing the people of Arizona.
