We currently have a traitorous, insurrectionist, demented, sexual predator, pedophile, rapist, and alleged murderer, with 34 felonies, 2 impeachments, and dozens of pending lawsuits, running this country into the ground and threatening the very democracy you swore an oath to protect. Donald Trump is not even legally the President. According to US Constitution Amendment XIV-3, no one who swears an oath to uphold the Constitution and then engages in insurrection against it can hold public office in the USA. Trump did exactly that on Jan. 6, 2021. He is not eligible to be President or for any other public office.* No vote cast for him was valid, because he is not an eligible candidate. He occupies the Oval Office illegally. No "executive order" he issues has any legal merit. He has no authority to give orders to the military. We are all free to disregard any order he gives. You were sworn to defend the Constitution, so you are obliged to resist his orders. If you aid Trump, in the end you will face charges. As if that weren’t enough… here are 8 IMPEACHABLE OFFENSES ALL BACKED BY EVIDENCE DEPLOYED U.S. TROOPS AGAINST CIVILIANS. Ordered Marines and National Guard into cities to crush protests- an open assault on free speech and the Constitution. KIDNAPPED AMERICAN RESIDENTS. Directed ICE and DHS to seize citizens during raids and detain them in secret sites without due process. DEPORTED MIGRANTS TO FOREIGN PRISONS.
Illegally transferred asylum seekers to offshore facilities, violating U.S. & international law. TARGETED PROTESTERS FOR DEPORTATION. Used federal databases to identify and expel immigrants who dared to protest his policies. USURPED CONGRESS'S POWER OF THE PURSE. Diverted taxpayer funds for unauthorized military and deportation operations - defying Congress outright. DEFIED FEDERAL COURT ORDERS.
Ignored multiple injunctions and declared he would not obey "activist judges" - shredding judicial authority. PURGED INVESTIGATORS AND WATCHDOGS.
