Secretary Hegseth & the President are Responsible for the Caribbean Murders
To: Sen. Young, Rep. Messmer, Sen. Banks
From: A verified voter in Mount Vernon, IN
December 4
I am writing to you as a deeply concerned constituent. Your voters are demanding immediate action regarding the recent incident in which the U.S. military reportedly performed a “double tap” strike on a boat despite no confirmed threat of danger.
If these reports are accurate, this action constitutes a clear violation of international law and a potential war crime, at the very least- murder. This cannot become the norm for our country. The United States must uphold the highest standards of conduct, both to honor our values and to maintain the trust of the international community.
Allowing such actions to go unaddressed would permanently damage the world’s perception of our nation and weaken our moral leadership. For these reasons, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth must be thoroughly investigated, impeached, removed and further held fully accountable.
Our nation cannot allow leadership that tolerates or enables unlawful military conduct.
I am strongly urging you to take immediate steps to pursue a transparent investigation and impeachment proceedings.
Accountability is not optional—our integrity as a nation depends on it.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. I expect to see strong action from my elected representatives.
