Hello! I expect that you will vote NO on HR 7661, HR 8705, HR2616, and S 4925 (and any corresponding bills that show up in the other chamber of Congress) because you understand that “gender ideology” is bullshit, people are people, homophobes are wrong, and trans rights are human rights. I also expect that you are here to support my writing career just as much as you are here to support the careers of my fellow constituents, and that means you’re not going to make my job harder than it already is. If parents don’t want their children reading certain materials, that’s between the parent and the child, and neither you nor I should have any say in it. Pennsylvania is not a place for censorship. It is a place for love, understanding, and kindness. So for both ethical and economic reasons, you will vote against these bills. Please confirm.
