Without a doubt, these departments that are processing credit card payments should be paying for the fee. I’m paying you, but yeah you’re passing the transaction fee onto us PEOPLE! that should be state funded when it comes to ESSENTIALS like electric, gas water and insurance and it should be federal mandate.
