I am a constituent and I am writing to demand immediate action. Congress has the authority right now to act. Rule IX allows privileged resolutions, including articles of impeachment, to go directly to the House floor. Article II, Section 4 exists for moments exactly like this. Stop hiding behind “process.” Stop delaying through committees. Stop waiting for polls or midterms. Your duty is to the Constitution, not your reelection calendar. I am demanding that you invoke Rule IX, force a vote, and put every member on record. Let the country see where you stand at this moment in history. Failure to act is a choice. We are paying attention. We are documenting. And we will remember. I expect a response stating your position and what action you will take.
