We demand you execute an absolute legislative blockade on the Todd Blanche nomination for Attorney General! Reject Todd Blanche: The Senate Judiciary Committee is holding confirmation hearings on July 15 and 16 for Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche. Today, U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams issued a 56-page ruling declaring that the $1.8 billion "Anti-Weaponization Fund" was a sham designed to "manipulate the judicial process." She referred Blanche for disciplinary proceedings, stating he "ignored ethical norms, court rules, and legal authority" to illegally access taxpayer funds. Over 1,200 former DOJ officials have already warned the Senate that he is unfit to serve. You must publicly demand the Judiciary Committee reject Todd Blanche’s permanent confirmation. An Acting official referred for disciplinary action by a federal judge for defrauding the courts cannot be elevated to the highest law enforcement position in the country. Do not entertain this administration's agenda while they actively dismantle the rule of law.
