Cancel Casey Means appointment, and pick a currently licensed MD or DO

The Surgeon General of the United States should be a medical doctor with a current license to practice in at least one state. Casey Means is not currently licensed, and should not even have been in consideration to become Surgeon General. Cancel her appointment, and find someone who CAN legally practice medicine as an MD or DO somewhere in the US.
Don't add to the confusion of the US medical system by appointing people who think evidence-based medicine is the problem. The problem is that HOW IT GETS PAID FOR leads to perverse economic incentives to raise prices, not the use of evidence and science.
