As a Texan, I oppose any attempts of limiting the govenors and LT govenors powers, who are dually elected officials elected in by a majority of Texans. Please repect the choice of the voters by not limiting any powers of the Govenor and LT govenor where they can immediatly respond to the needs of all Texans, like issuing a disaster declaration.
