Health insurance treatment is criminal. So the latest Aetna shenanigan is that they went back in time and denied a claim they had already approved and paid from two years ago. So, of course, I appealed because their denial reason is “we aren't primary” (they are). So of course I appealed. Today, I get a letter saying I cannot appeal because I didn’t appeal within 65 days of the original claim processing. Please tell me, Aetna, what magic time machine should I use?
