I am writing to ask you to vote NO on HR 7695, which would erase the Roadless Rule. Proponents of this bill claim it would help in the prevention and control of wildfires. However, studies have shown that roads bring in more people which are a big contributor to wildfires. Also, once roads go into our public lands, these areas are opened up to exploitation of it's natural resources. Please protect our Public Lands and protect the Roadless Rule by voting NO on HR 7695.
