The Federal Election Commission needs to act on the Campaign Legal Center's complaint against President Trump and MAGA Inc. — now. Trump has publicly stated that MAGA Inc.'s $400 million war chest is "my money that I control." That's not a slip of the tongue. It's an admission. Federal law is unambiguous: no officeholder can direct super PAC spending. This is a clear-cut violation, and the FEC must pursue sanctions. This isn't a technicality. When a sitting president openly controls outside money flooding into congressional races, it corrupts the entire system. The CLC has done the work — filed the complaint, cited the precedent, laid out the case. What's needed now is enforcement. I expect you to publicly support the FEC taking swift action, including civil penalties and an injunction barring further violations. Accountability here isn't optional.
