I am concerned about carbon emissions from gas powered vehicles and the harm to the environment that they are causing especially to the ozone layer since s to help the earth more, but I do understand that cost, time, and resources are important issues to consider in this matter. Just wanted to raise concer we need the ozone layer to survive down here. So alternatives need to be thought out and implemented. One alternative I thought was all electric vehicle
