From: A verified voter in Frisco, TX

Stop the lawsuit Texas v. Kennedy. Section 504 rules protect the rights of disabled people, allowing them live at home and in their communities where they belong. As Texans, we should do our damnedest to care for people in our community who have handicaps/require additional assistance. Handicapped Texans are still Texans — they’re our neighbors, friends, and family. They deserve to live at home with dignity and the provisions in section 504 allow them to do just that. Stop this lawsuit. Don’t send Texas back to a dark age when Texans with disabilities were forced out of their homes and institutionalized.
