With his post about Mandan, Trump just violated multiple federal laws and Article II of the Constitution: Election Interference — 18 U.S.C. § 595 prohibits federal officials from using authority to influence elections. Bribery/Extortion — §§ 201, 872 cover leveraging funds or power to coerce political outcomes. Civil Rights Violations — 18 U.S.C. §§ 241–242 protect voters and cities from retaliation. Even without prosecution, this is a clear case of abuse of power and grounds for impeachment.
