His track record as a television personality and promoter of pseudoscience makes him fundamentally unqualified for any public office, let alone a position that requires integrity, expertise, and a commitment to evidence-based decision-making. Dr. Oz has consistently used his platform to mislead the public with unproven and often dangerous medical claims, prioritizing personal fame and profit over public health and safety. Appointing someone with such a history of misinformation and self-promotion sends a troubling message about the standards we hold for public service. This is not about partisanship — it is about protecting the credibility of our government and the wellbeing of our citizens. I urge you to oppose his confirmation in the strongest possible terms and to advocate for leaders who demonstrate real qualifications, ethical responsibility, and a commitment to serving the public good
