I've come up with a great idea to eliminate ICE. Hear me out here. 1. Deport all illegals 2. Highly restrict or eliminate H1B Visas 3. Reinforce the borders. Once all illegals are removed and these other steps are taken, ICE can be eliminated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
