The White House continues to hurtle us deeper into climate crisis with plans to dismantle the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder. This could jeopardize the accuracy of forecasting and prediction systems, putting our safety at risk. (See NCAR’s contributions to preventing airplane crashes.) Colorado’s congressional delegation has responded by pulling support for a bipartisan spending deal unless Congress stops FOTUS from killing NCAR. I want you to stand with them. And take action keep the NCAR working for us.
