I’m writing to ask you to personally intervene to secure the release of Tatiana Zamataikina from ICE detention. Tatiana was arrested after calling for help and being accused through a false police report. ICE is now portraying her as a danger, despite her marriage to a U.S. citizen and eligibility for a green card. After five months in detention, her health is rapidly declining. Please visit or contact Tatiana at Adelanto, challenge ICE’s account of her case, and publicly call for her immediate release. I would appreciate a response explaining what action your office will take.
