End Mass ALPR Surveillance: Remove Flock Cameras Now Stop expanding Automatic License Plate Reader surveillance in this country and start tearing out what's already there. There are over 120,000 Flock cameras alone surveilling Americans right now, with tens of thousands more from other brands. This is mass surveillance infrastructure built without meaningful public consent, and it needs to end. The historical record on surveillance technology is clear: it gets misused. By police departments, by corporations, by government at every level. Communities across the country are already pushing back — petitions, city council fights, contracts canceled. That momentum is real, and it reflects what constituents actually want. Mass surveillance doesn't make us safer. Investing in communities does. Pass legislation to ban new ALPR deployments and mandate removal of existing cameras.
