The release of massive amounts of Medicaid data to ICE is unprecedented and dangerous. Republicans are supposed to be the party of small government, not big brother surveillance. What is being done to safeguard this information from untrained new hires, contractors, and bad actors as ICE is also massively increasing in scale? Will the federal government compensate Americans for any harm to their identities or finances?
