I hate waking up everyday to a dystopian nightmare worse then I could ever imagine. I never thought the democracy I lived in being turned into a kleptocracy where billionaires enrich themselves and turn our government into a corporation to enrich themselves. I never thought every single check and balances trampled to death while you sit by and do nothing. The inspector generals who investigate the waste fraud and abuse that DOGE claims to be trying to find that is obviously just a lie and a ruse were fired. The JAGs the top military lawyers were fired obviously so that the military no longer has to follow the law. The Special Counsel which was supposed to be a neutral position and was trying all the illegal firings is gone and the special circuit court allowed him to be fired while it moved to the Supreme Court an obvious bad precedent and impediment. The Consumer Protection Board is gone. The entire 18F team of technical experts is gone and those are just the tip of the Iceberg. Musk is obviously subverting 2653.702 in the most disturbing ways possible. He threatened FAA workers with firing if they impede his SpaceX deal. How is Musk using the government for his private profit and firing people in any way Constitutional? What about all the posturing about the Deep State. How is that not the Deep State?!?! It is terrifying the denial of what is happening right before our eyes. We learned how dangerous it is for people to get access to information they don’t have a need to know and make it so that only people have access to a very limited set of info yet we are giving all our information to a narcissistic on drugs who wants to destroy our country to enrich himself and some barely educated 20 year olds. We are stopping the Russian investigations which basically is allowing a hostile foreign enemy the ability to get our data at great peril to us. Musk firing people for following the law and awarding himself private contracts is wrong. His actions are super unpopular. It is obvious that the claims that he is no longer in charge are false. Please do not allow our government to be turned into a kleptocracy.
