Create one national application and approval system for any AI that touches bank accounts. Companies apply, prove they have the financial backing and insurance to cover losses, and meet federal and state security standards. Once approved, they’re in a national registry and banks recognize them. No approval, no access. This gives banks a clean, streamlined system instead of scrambling after incidents like the unauthorized agents JPMorgan, Bank of America, and others detected last week. It protects banks, with federal securities with a Ai bot to scan for Ai bots not approved to be in this application program fed and state sponsored government super intelligent system; keeps the good bots in while keeping the shady ones out.
