Elon Musk needs to be investigated and prosecuted for his role in tampering with the 2024 presidential election and any ongoing interference in future elections. The evidence is mounting and demands a serious criminal response — not a congressional hearing that goes nowhere.
A new documentary by Alex Gibney includes testimony from Ashley St. Clair, the mother of one of Musk's children, that he expressed an extraordinary and unexplained "degree of certainty" about the 2024 election results before they came in. He allegedly told her he would "unleash the anomaly in the matrix" and separately texted that he had "ten thousand lasers in space" — an apparent reference to his Starlink satellite network. Musk also poured over $290 million into Trump's campaign, ran PAC operations in swing states, and through DOGE gained access to the personal data of tens of millions of Americans. That combination of satellite infrastructure, mass data collection, and nine-figure campaign spending is not normal political activity.
This needs to go to the Justice Department. Musk, everyone who worked with him on these efforts, and anyone who directed or coordinated with him must face a full criminal investigation. The 2024 election may already be compromised. The 2026 cycle is approaching. Every day without accountability is another day this infrastructure stays in place and ready to be used again.
