Since Inauguration Day, Trump has consistently upended our constitutional separation of powers to try to unilaterally control all branches of our government; impose his political agenda on the entire U.S. population; and extort or prosecute anyone who challenges him, his power, or his financial interests. 1. IRAN WAR: He with Sec of Defense Pete Hegseth has unilaterally started an unauthorized war with Iran and threatened to commit war crimes in the region. A war that we as Americans. Do. Not. Want. Hegseth also resign, be impeached and removed and sent to The Hague for war crimes. 2. ICE: He with Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller have deployed the military against Americans in U.S. cities and threatened to invoke the Insurrection Act if protestors, politicians, and residents continue to “disobey" ICE officers. His Immigration policy and practice has treated immigrants like animals and many have been sent to foreign torture gulags, have died due to poor conditions or abuse, raped. Stephen Miller should also resign, be fired or removed and sent to The Hague for violating The Constitution and humanitarian crimes. In response to Democratic lawmakers reminding members of the military that they should not obey illegal orders, Trump accused them of "sedition" and called for them to be "punished by death" in multiple social media posts. 3. TARIFFS & MILITARY STRIKES: He has exploited emergency powers to circumvent established law and enact illegal policies, including tariffs and military strikes. 4. OUR FREEDOM OF SPEECH: He with SEC Chair Brendan Carr has attacked our freedom of speech by threatening legal action against media companies and news organizations for critical coverage, revoking visas from immigrants for their views, and directing the Justice Department to target political opponents. The SEC Chairman Brendan Carr should also resign, be fired or removed for being corrupt. 5. UNIVERSITY AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES FEDERAL FOUNDING: He has withheld federal funding to assert political control over universities and government agencies. He has bulldozed Congress' constitutional authority over tariffs, the budget, and military authorizations to consolidate power within the executive branch. He has repeatedly defied federal court orders and attacked judges who rule against him. 6. WEAPONIZED FEDERAL FUNDING: He with Former Attorney General Pam Bondi and Acting AG Todd Blanche have weaponized the Department of Justice to attack political enemies and shield himself and his allies from prosecution. Bondi and Blanche should lose their law licenses for violating The Constitution and criminal laws. 7. OUR ELECTIONS: He has threatened states' authority to over their elections and pushed for additional partisan gerrymandering to rig congressional elections. NI leader Tulsi Gabbard should be investigated for her role in the seizure of voter rolls in Fulton County Georgia. 8. BRIBERY AND PERSONAL ENRICHMENT: He and his family and administration and their families have personally profited off his position by using "donations" and lawsuit threats as tools for bribery. The Trump-Kushner family, Witkoff family, Lutnik family and others for significant financial crimes. He is extorting the Justice Department for $230 million for past cases against him. Any settlement will be approved by DOJ official Todd Blanche, Trump's former personal lawyer, and be paid with taxpayer dollars. 9. THE PEOPLE’S HOUSE; OUR EAST WING: He demolished the East Wing of the White House, without the necessary approval, to build a ballroom funded by undisclosed billionaire “donations." 10. THE KENNEDY CENTER: He filled the Kennedy Center Board of Trustees with political allies. They voted to rename it the Trump Kennedy Center and are now closing the center for two years for "renovations." 11. THE EPSTEIN FILES: The released Epstein files have included thousands of mentions of Trump; it is unclear how many incriminating files are still being withheld by his allies in the DOJ. It appears to be a cover up. Bondi and Blanche should report to Congress and be investigated for their roles in the cover up and obstruction. 12. BOARD OF PEACE & $10 BILLION OF TAXPAYERS MONEY: Trump announced that the U.S. will pay $10 billion to the Board of Peace, the institution he unilaterally created and leads. The legal authority and source of this payment is unclear, as is how it will be spent. 13. ATTACKS ON THE POPE: The president is attacking the Pope. The Pope has every right and responsibility and morality as a leader to be against a senseless war! The president is unhinged. In any other administration, just one of these egregious displays of authoritarianism would merit the removal of a president. It is beyond unacceptable that Congress has ceded their constitutional role to allow this fascist attack on our democracy to continue. I demand that you do your job as a member of Congress and stop Trump. And Impeach and remove him. Now.
