In these last few months our country has been in free fall towards fascism. Our right to due process has been violated and now the president is in open defiance of the Supreme Court. Our checks and balances were made for this moment. It is the duty, the responsibility, of Congress to impeach the president and remove him from office. If Congress fails to act, then they might as well resign, because a dictator has no need for Congress. If you won't stand for the American people, then you are derelict in your duty. If the people in this country, your constituents, are denied due process and you sit by and do nothing, then you should resign and let someone who will r epresent your people take your place. A country the can deport people without due process to a foreign gulag can do the same thing to you. This is part of why you need to impeach president Trump and show in no uncertain terms that this is unacceptable and that we the people won't stand for it. Operating in defiance of the Supreme Court is unacceptable. They voted 9-0 to have Mr. Garcia returned. The president needs to follow through or be held in contempt and arrested. Once arrested, then impeached. Once impeached, then removed. Once removed then the innocent people needed to be returned to their families. Please, do your part and protect America, because if you won't protect your people from this wannabe dictator, then you have no business being our repres entative.
