NO to new rule on Notice/Refugee Status!

To: Sen. Coons, Sen. Blunt Rochester

From: A verified voter in Millsboro, DE

October 24

Oppose the new rule that shortens the notice people with refugee status receive before the government terminates their status. Changing the notice from 30 days to just 10 days threatens the basic due process rights of those with refugee status on track for green cards. Please urge DHS and USCIS to immediately withdraw the 10-day termination notice to give people the right to have their case heard in court. Thanks.
