You need to act to get dark money out of our elections and reverse Citizens United. Elon Musk is spending $100 to $120 million through his "America PAC" to buy Senate and House races across at least eight states this cycle. That's not democracy — that's one billionaire purchasing a legislature. We already saw what happened in Wisconsin's April 2025 Supreme Court race. Musk poured millions in to elect his preferred candidate, and voters rejected it. Judge Susan Crawford won because people understood that justice doesn't have a price. But we can't count on outrage alone to beat unlimited dark money every single time. The structural problem remains: Citizens United opened the floodgates, and billionaires like Musk are walking right through them. Pass legislation to overturn Citizens United and establish full transparency in campaign finance. Our elections belong to voters, not to the richest person on the planet.
