I want officers trained to protect and serve the safety of the public to be required to self identify when asked, required to have their faces visible when in active duty, be personally liable if found to be excessive in force, and to be personally liable if their body cams are not actively working during any physical altercation with any untrained general public. Our service members are trained to protect the safety of the general public and should not be treated with kid gloves when they fail to de escalate situations involving untrained general public.
