I am writing in support of SB 868 Plug Into The Sun Act. Tenants should be able to benefit from solar power and reduce our power bills and dependency on PG&E without involving the landlord. We pay the electric bill on our rental homes, so it just makes sense. Virginia has already passed a similar bill and tenants are benefitting. Please do the same for California renters!
