Thanks to Senator Padilla for introducing the “visible act” to require ICE agents to have identification that clearly identifies their agency and their name or badge number. The horror of being snatched by a masked man not knowing if they are an official of the government or a criminal is unconscionable. Absolutely yes on the “visible act.”
